14 Day Money Back Period
We provide a 14-day money back guarantee on Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting with the following conditions:
Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
Refunds do not include cost of additional services purchased such as license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses or web design/marketing services or coaching.
Vps hosting packages
There are no refunds on VPS hosting packages. (14) day money- back guarantee does not apply to VPS hosting packages.
A written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 14 days of cancellation.
Refunds are sent within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS(link) or AUP (link)violations.
No refunds will be provided if you use any of the following methods of payment: bank wire transfers, Western Union payments. If you use any of these payment methods, any applicable credit will be posted to your hosting account instead of a refund.
All packages (Student packages)(Free Blog + hosting) that are provided with training and courses are special offers for students and are not refundable
All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions.
All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE to avoid account suspension. Accounts not paid by the due date have a 7 day grace period before account is terminated. These invoices are subjected to a 15% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the account.
Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.

All packages will renew at the regular rate.
All services will renew until cancelled by the customer. FastCloudHost emails the customers primary email address prior to renewal of services, it is the customers responsibility to cancel services prior to renewal as no refund can be made once renewal has occurred. Customers must notify us at least 72 hours before a service is renewed if they wish to cancel that service. The cancellation process must be fully completed by you before your account is cancelled.
